Meanwhile, Longview entered their tilt with Marshall on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Mavericks, sneaking past 32-29. The 32-point effort marked the Lobos' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Longview has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.5 points per game. As for Bullard, their loss dropped their record down to 13-5.
