The Wheatmore Warriors will venture away from home to face off against the East Davidson Golden Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Wheatmore is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.4 goals per game this season.

Wheatmore is headed into Monday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight matches on Wednesday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of Thomasville. Suarez Ortiz was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

He and Easton DeWitt scored all three of Wheatmore's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

Meanwhile, East Davidson and Trinity finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw on Wednesday.

Wheatmore's loss dropped their record down to 6-5. East Davidson's draw gives them a new season record of 3-9-2.

Wheatmore was able to grind out a solid victory over East Davidson in their previous matchup back in August of 2024, winning 3-1. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Golden Eagles turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
