Nashville waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top against the Okawville Rockets by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Hornets, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Nashville didn't let Okawville take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-22.

Emma Behrmann paced Nashville's offense, picking up nine kills. Behrmann got some help from Rylie Neuhaus and her 16 assists. Neuhaus also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Kenlee Schoenberg, each putting up two.

Nashville's win bumped their record up to 15-11. As for Okawville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nashville will welcome Benton at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Okawville, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Chester at 7:00 p.m.
