Volleyball Recap: Sherman Indian Takes a Loss

Sherman Indian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the California School for the Deaf-Riverside Cubs, falling 3-0. The Braves were not able to make up for their loss to the Cubs from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-16, 25-17.

Sherman Indian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for California School for the Deaf-Riverside, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 11-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sherman Indian will face off against California Lutheran at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The C-Hawks will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more sets each game than the last. As for California School for the Deaf-Riverside, they will take on Hamilton at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
