Baseball Recap: St. Joseph Takes a Loss

St. Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Winchester Thurston, falling 15-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Winchester Thurston this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-8 last Monday.

St. Joseph's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Winchester Thurston, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. St. Joseph is set to take on their familiar foe Union Area at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Winchester Thurston will challenge rival Aquinas Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
