Softball Recap: Tillamook Takes a Loss

Tillamook came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 19-1 to the Pendleton Buckaroos. The game marked the Cheesemakers' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Tillamook saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Dannielle Stockdale, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Tillamook's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Pendleton, the win (which was their 17th in a row dating back to last season) raised their record to 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tillamook will venture away from home to square off against Newport at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pendleton, they will challenge South Umpqua at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
