Baseball Recap: Highland Hawks vs. The Covenant Eagles

It was a Battle of the Birds when Highland duked it out with The Covenant on Tuesday. The Hawks never let the Eagles get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. The victory continues a trend for the Hawks in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

Highland got a great performance from Stephen Christopher as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out nine over 4.2 innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts Christopher has posted since back in April of 2024.
