Grinnell put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Vinton-Shellsburg Vikings 13-6. Considering the Tigers have won six contests by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Grinnell pushed their record up to 10-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Vinton-Shellsburg, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Grinnell beat the Vikings by a score of 7-3 later that day.
