Volleyball Recap: Arrowhead Falls Short Against Ranked New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West

Arrowhead faced New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Warhawks fell just short of New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West by a score of 2-1. The Warhawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the defeat, Arrowhead saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Jackson Bertolli had 11 digs and one assist. Those 11 digs set a new season-high mark for Bertolli.

New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West can attribute much of their success to Ryan Kloskey, who had 12 digs.

Arrowhead's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Arrowhead didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Catholic Memorial on the 3rd. As for New Berlin Eisenhower/New Berlin West, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Appleton North on the 30th.
