Football Recap: West Port Snags Third Victory in Last Four Games

With a playoff win on the line, West Port rose to the challenge on Monday. They came out on top against the University Titans by a score of 27-6 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game).

West Port is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.0 points on average over those games. As for University, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-10.

Looking ahead, West Port will face off against Spruce Creek at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their 15th straight win, something the Wolf Pack surely won't give up without a fight. University does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
