Basketball Recap: Kailyn Talamantes' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Albuquerque Homeschool over Sandia View Academy

Albuquerque HomeSchool lost against Sandia View Academy back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Albuquerque HomeSchool Saints fell just short of Sandia View Academy by a score of 30-27.

Several Saints players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kailyn Talamantes, who posted six points. Danica Lee was another key player, putting up seven points.

Albuquerque HomeSchool's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Sandia View Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Albuquerque HomeSchool is taking a road trip to take on Chesterton Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sandia View Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
