Recap: Hamilton Marines vs. Churubusco Eagles
The Hamilton Marines lost against the Churubusco Eagles back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Hamilton was outmatched by Churubusco at home and fell 69-25.
Hamilton's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Dylan Holiday, who scored seven points along with five rebounds, and Jagger Hurraw who scored 13 points.
Hamilton's loss was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Churubusco, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-13 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hamilton will take on JV Opponent at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. JV Opponent will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Hamilton surely won't give up without a fight. As for Churubusco, they will be playing at home against Garrett at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Churubusco is facing Garrett at the right time seeing as Garrett is stuck on a eight-game losing streak.
