In what's become a running theme this season, Marana gave their fans yet another huge win on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Rincon/University Rangers as the Marana Tigers made off with a 12-2 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Marana considering their one-run performance the match before.

Hayden Christensen-Strand was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off nine hits (and only one walk). Christensen-Strand has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive pitching appearances. Christensen-Strand was also solid in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 3-for-3.
