Baseball Recap: Tolleson Comes Up Short

Tolleson lost to Verrado back in March of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wolverines fell 6-1 to the Vipers. The Wolverines have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tolleson saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was DIEGO VELAZQUEZ, who went 2-for-3 with one triple and one double.

Tolleson now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Verrado, the victory (which was their tenth in a row) raised their record to 12-3-1.

Coming up, Tolleson will challenge Shadow Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Verrado, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against San Luis at 3:45 p.m. The Vipers will need to watch out since the Sidewinders have now posted at least ten runs in their last four games.
