Edgewood had won two straight games and Elle Siniscalchi did her part to make it three on Saturday. The Crusaders came out on top against the Reedsburg Beavers by a score of 2-0 for which the team can thank Siniscalchi, who had 14 digs and three assists. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 11 or more in each of the last three games she's played.

While Edgewood won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 29-27, 25-18.

Edgewood's victory bumped their record up to 19-6. As for Reedsburg, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 15-18.

Edgewood has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against Mount Horeb on the 11th. As for Reedsburg, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Fort Atkinson on the 11th.
