Imagine School at North Port took a 59-43 bruising from Booker on Monday. Imagine School at North Port has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Imagine School at North Port still got an impressive performance from Angelo Blas, who scored 14 points along with seven rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Jj Hall, who scored nine points along with two steals.
It was another big night for Jovan Palavra, who scored 22 points for Booker. That makes it three consecutive games in which Palavra has scored at least a third of Booker's points.
Imagine School at North Port has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season. As for Booker, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-9.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. As for Booker, they will head out on the road to challenge Riverview Sarasota at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
