North Pontotoc extended their winning streak to four games thanks to a huge performance from Drew Winfun. Everything went the Vikings' way against the Kossuth Aggies on Friday as they made off with a 33-13 victory with plenty of help from Winfun, who threw for 230 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 87 yards. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last three games he's played.

North Pontotoc's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Kossuth, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Coming up, North Pontotoc will look to defend their home field on Friday against New Albany at 7:00 p.m. The Vikings will need to watch out since the Bulldogs have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season. As for Kossuth, they are taking a road trip to face off against Booneville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The game will give the Aggies their first taste of in-conference action this season.
