Baseball Recap: Chaminade Takes a Loss

Chaminade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 8-2 to the Crespi Celts. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 4, 2023, but that streak is no more.

Chaminade got a good showing from Ryan Fee, who tossed 2.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. What's more, Fee gave up only zero walks, the fewest he's had since back in April.

At the plate, Chaminade saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anthony Costa, who went 1-for-2 with two RBI.

Chaminade's loss dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Crespi, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-2.

As of now, neither Chaminade nor the Celts have any future games scheduled.
