Dardanelle has gone 8-2 against Gentry recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Sand Lizards will welcome the Pioneers at 5:00 p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Gentry will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Dardanelle extended their winning streak to three on Tuesday. The Sand Lizards were the clear victors by a 6-1 margin over Prairie Grove. Six seems to be a good number for Dardanelle as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of goals in their previous game.

Meanwhile, Gentry had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They blew past the Tigers 5-1.

Gentry pushed their record up to 5-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 18 goals over those three games. As for Dardanelle, their victory bumped their record up to 5-3.

Everything went Dardanelle's way against Gentry in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Dardanelle made off with a 4-1 win. Do the Sand Lizards have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Pioneers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
