Football Game Preview: Corinth Holders Pirates vs. Enloe Eagles + How To Watch

The Corinth Holders Pirates will head out to face off against the Enloe Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Corinth Holders is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Leesville Road on Friday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Pirates took a blow against the Pride, falling 48-10. While losing is never fun, the Pirates can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina football rankings (they are ranked 134th, while the Pride are ranked 36th).

Meanwhile, Enloe fell victim to Millbrook and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 49-0 loss at the hands of the Wildcats. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Eagles were not able to get on the board.

This is the second loss in a row for Enloe and nudges their season record down to 5-3. As for Corinth Holders, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
