After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rocky Mountain, Thunder Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-6 win over the Blackfoot Broncos. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Titans have posted since May 9, 2024.

Alex Bundy made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, tossing four innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off five hits. Bundy was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in March of 2024.

In other pitching news, Carly Jones looked comfortable as she struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in four consecutive appearances.

Back at the plate, Chelsea Adams was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with one home run and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Giulia Johns, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Thunder Ridge's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Blackfoot, the defeat was their first at home , dropping their record down to 8-2.

Thunder Ridge will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Broncos: the pair will be back at it again later today.
