Basketball Recap: Centennial Comes Up Short

After flying high against Aubrey on Monday, Centennial came back down to earth. The Titans fell just short of the Celina Bobcats by a score of 65-62 on Tuesday.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Celina, their win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-5.

Looking ahead, Centennial will challenge McKinney North at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Titans' defense better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 50.2 points per game this season. As for Celina, they will square off against Trinity Leadership at 10:15 a.m. on December 4.
