Falkner fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Myrtle on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell 8-4 to the Hawks. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Jackson Jordan put in work while hitting and pitching. He struck out eight batters over eight innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and only one walk).
