 Hamlin was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight  loss. They fell victim to a  tough 21-5 defeat at the hands of the Haskell Indians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Hamlin of the  24-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture  back in March.
  Mea Reyes made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 2-for-2 with two  RBI and a  double. The team also got some help courtesy of  Laynee Claterbaugh, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in two of her three plate appearances.
 Hamlin's defeat dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Haskell, the  victory was  the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-1.
 Hamlin will head out on the road to  face off against  Stamford at 5:00  p.m.  on Friday. The last three games Stamford has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Haskell, they will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Anson at 5:00  p.m. Haskell will be looking to keep their five-game home win streak  alive.
