            Volleyball Recap: Campbell County Camels vs. South Bison        
        
		
        
        
            
After having lost a blowout in their  previous game against Laramie, Campbell County was happy to have turned things around  on Saturday. They walked away with  a   3-1  win over the South Bison. That's more bragging rights for the Camels, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Campbell County had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-19, 25-11,  25-11.
 Addyson Layten paced Campbell County's offense, picking up ten kills. Layten got some help from  Kaice Riedesel and her 22 assists.  Sheridan Worman and  Kinley Ruby kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.

Campbell County now  has a winning record of 8-7. As for South, their defeat was  their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 4-8.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Campbell County will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Sheridan at 5:00  p.m.  on October 2. As for South, they will take on Thunder Basin at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
