Reante Byrd Delivers Best Performance of Season
Hephzibah came up short on Friday despite Reante Byrd delivering his best game to date. Byrd rushed for 204 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.3 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 78 yards.
Hephzibah is on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6. Byrd's next matchup is against Academy of Richmond County on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid effort.
