Clover Hill hasn't had much luck against Midlothian recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Clover Hill will be playing in front of their home fans against Midlothian at 5:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Clover Hill barely beat Monacan the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Clover Hill put the hurt on Monacan with a sharp 17-7 win on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Cavaliers.

Brianna Miller was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. Miller was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.

What's more, Gaskell gave up only one walk, the fewest she's had since back in May of 2024. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Gaskell wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Bella Moussa, who went 1-for-3 with one triple and one RBI.

Clover Hill has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Midlothian, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.
