Baseball Recap: Big Pasture Comes Up Short

Big Pasture was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 10-5 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Frederick Bombers. That's two games in a row now that the Rangers have lost by exactly five runs.

Layne Davidson made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and got on base in all four of his plate appearances with four stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Johnathan Rowels, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Big Pasture's record now sits at 4-17. As for Frederick, with the win, they broke their eight-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-11.

Big Pasture does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Frederick, they will venture away from home to take on Marietta at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
