Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coastal Christian). They were the clear victors by a 34-1 margin over the Valley Christian Academy Lions on Friday. The Conquerors haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.

Coastal Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Valley Christian Academy, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-7.

Coming up, Coastal Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against Coast Union at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Conquerors are facing the Broncos at the right time seeing as the Broncos are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Valley Christian Academy, they will venture away from home to take on Santa Maria at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Saints have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 11.93 runs per game on average), something the Lions will no doubt try to take advantage of.
