Softball Game Preview: Marion Local Flyers vs. Parkway Panthers

The Marion Local Flyers will head out to square off against the Parkway Panthers at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Marion Local sitting on three straight victories and Parkway on four.

Marion Local will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Minster, who they had gone 0-9 against in their nine prior meetings. The Flyers walked away with a 5-0 win over the Wildcats on Friday.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Parkway). They blew past St. Henry 19-5 on Saturday. Considering the Panthers have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Parkway's record now sits at 14-2. As for Marion Local, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
