West Field lost against Green Canyon back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The West Field Longhorns lost 63-41 to the Green Canyon Wolves. While losing is never fun, the Longhorns can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Utah basketball rankings (they are ranked 71st, while the Wolves are ranked 12th).

West Field lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jaxon Slaugh, who went 6 of 14 on his way to 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Harrison, who posted seven points and eight rebounds.

It was another big night for Jude Haigh, who went 6 for 10 from beyond the arc to rack up 32 points for Green Canyon.
