Volleyball Recap: Conant Comes Up Short

Conant was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Concord Christian Kingsmen. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Orioles of the 3-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Conant's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Concord Christian, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 3-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Conant will square off against rival Mascenic Regional at 6:45 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Concord Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Inter-Lakes at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
