Soccer Recap: Nottoway Comes Up Short

Nottoway came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 4-1 to the Lunenburg Central Chargers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Lunenburg Central this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in April.

Nottoway's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Lunenburg Central, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4-1 record this season.
