Volleyball Recap: Richmond Heights Takes a Loss

Richmond Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 28th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Brooklyn Hurricanes. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Hurricanes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 9th.

Richmond Heights took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-23, 27-25.

Richmond Heights' loss dropped their record down to 0-15. As for Brooklyn, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 4-15 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Richmond Heights will face off against Trinity at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Brooklyn, after both having extra time off, they and Independence will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
