Softball Recap: Manual Arts Comes Up Short

Manual Arts was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They came up short against the West Adams Panthers, falling 17-4. The Toilers were not able to make up for their loss to the Panthers from their previous meeting back in May of 2024.

Manual Arts' defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for West Adams, their victory bumped their record up to 3-6.

Manual Arts and West Adams will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Toilers see the field they'll take on Dr. Maya Angelou Community at 4:00 p.m. on the 23rd. As for West Adams, their break will end when they face Diego Rivera at 3:00 p.m. on the 23rd.
