Basketball Game Preview: New Berlin Eisenhower Lions vs. Brookfield Central Lancers

The New Berlin Eisenhower Lions will square off against the Brookfield Central Lancers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.

Last Wednesday, New Berlin Eisenhower strolled past Shorewood with points to spare, taking the game 66-48. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 71st in Wisconsin, while the Greyhounds are ranked 267th in Wisconsin), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, Brookfield Central rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Trojans with a sharp 61-41 victory. The Lancers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 20 points or more this season.

New Berlin Eisenhower's win bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Brookfield Central, their victory bumped their record up to 10-15.
