Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Seckman). They blew past the Elsberry Indians, posting an 88-59 win. Given the Jaguars' advantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 190th, while the Indians are ranked 423rd), the result on Friday wasn't entirely unexpected.

Seckman has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-6 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.8 points per game. As for Elsberry, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 4-9.

Seckman will welcome St. Charles West at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Elsberry, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Wellsville-Middletown at 7:30 p.m. on February 4th.
