Basketball Recap: Wakefield Drops Highest Score of Season Against Flint Hills Christian

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wakefield). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Flint Hills Christian Warriors 52-23.

It was another big night for Kingsley Smith, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 19 boards. That makes it four consecutive games in which he has scored at least a third of Wakefield's points. Nick Freeman was another key player, putting up 14 points.

Wakefield's victory bumped their record up to 2-18. As for Flint Hills Christian, they are on a 13-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.

Wakefield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Flint Hills Christian has already played their next match (against Newton HomeSchool), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
