Basketball Recap: Grants Comes Up Short

After flying high against Gallup last Saturday, Grants came back down to earth. The Grants Pirates took a 68-63 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Hope Christian Huskies. The Pirates have struggled against the Huskies recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Grants' loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Hope Christian, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Grants will square off against Zuni at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hope Christian, they will take on Hot Springs at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
