Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sheldon). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat the Cosumnes Oaks Wolfpack 94-54. Winning may never get old, but the Huskies sure are getting used to it with their eighth in a row.

Sebastian James continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 6 for 12 on his way to 14 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks. Those four blocks gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Mufasa Osa, who posted eight points and five boards.

Sheldon smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive boards in eight consecutive contests.

Cosumnes Oaks' loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lance Datoy, who had nine points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Boatwright, who earned six points and five rebounds.

Sheldon has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.2 points per game. As for Cosumnes Oaks, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-17.

Sheldon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 72-54 win against Pleasant Grove on the 3rd. As for Cosumnes Oaks, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-48 loss against Elk Grove on the 3rd.
