Soccer Game Preview: Memorial vs. Kennedale

The Memorial Mavericks will venture away from home to take on the Kennedale Wildcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Memorial's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Memorial's tournament run continued when they took on Wyatt on Saturday. The Mavericks fell just short of the Chaparrals by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Memorial have lost by just one goal.

Meanwhile, Kennedale fell victim to Carter-Riverside and their airtight defense on Friday. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 1-0.

Kennedale's loss dropped their record down to 0-6-1. As for Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-5-1.
