Volleyball Game Preview: Westbrook Christian Warriors vs. Ohatchee Indians

Westbrook Christian is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Ohatchee is on a three-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Warriors will host the Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Westbrook Christian is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Guntersville just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats.

Meanwhile, Ohatchee earned a 3-1 win over Glencoe on Monday.

If you add up the scores from across all four sets (93-87) Ohatchee actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-23, 12-25, 25-22.

Westbrook Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 21-15. As for Ohatchee, their victory bumped their record up to 11-6.

Westbrook Christian skirted past Ohatchee 3-2 in their previous meeting back in September. Will the Warriors repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
