Softball Recap: Spring Valley Cardinals vs. Clear Lake Warriors

The Spring Valley Cardinals had just enough and edged out the Clear Lake Warriors 5-3 on Tuesday.

Megan Harvey made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over seven innings pitched. Harvey was also big at the plate, going 3-for-4 with one RBI.

In other batting news, Amelia Brunner was a standout: she got on base in all four of her plate appearances with one stolen base, one run, and one double. Another player making a difference was Riley Zimmerman, who went 3-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
