Basketball Recap: North Stokes Comes Up Short

North Stokes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 34-25 to the Mount Airy Granite Bears. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Granite Bears this season, with their most recent loss being a 45-35 defeat two weeks ago.

North Stokes' loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Mount Airy, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-13 record this season.

As of now, neither North Stokes nor Mount Airy have any future games scheduled.
