After a string of four wins, La Costa Canyon's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They and the West Hills Wolf Pack finished up on equal footing with a 1-1 draw.

The result came thanks to Gracie Camacho's shutout, as she gave up just four hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.

With that draw, La Costa Canyon's record moves to 8-3-1. Meanwhile, West Hills' record is now 7-2-1.

La Costa Canyon has already played their next contest, a 6-0 loss against Cathedral Catholic on the 29th. As for West Hills, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 10-2 defeat against Poway on the 29th.
