Baseball Recap: Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering Takes a Loss

Phelps Architecture, Construction & Engineering extended their losing streak to five on Monday, dropping their season record down to 0-5 in the process. They lost 22-0 to the School Without Walls Penguins. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Panthers were not able to get on the board.

As for School Without Walls, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-8. They might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by ten runs or more this season.

For School Without Walls' part, the team relied heavily on Braden Sprinzen, who went 1-for-2 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs. The Penguins are 5-1 when Sprinzen posts two or more runs, but 6-7 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of Tywon King, who went 1-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base.
