Soccer Recap: Appomattox County Takes a Loss

Appomattox County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 7-0 to the Chatham Cavaliers. That's two games in a row now that Appomattox County have lost by exactly seven goals.

Appomattox County's defeat dropped their record down to 3-7-2. As for Chatham, the win keeps they at an undefeated 9-0-1.

Coincidentally, Appomattox County and Chatham will both be playing Dan River the next time they take the pitch. The Cavaliers will host the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Raiders will host them at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
