Lone Star's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Deer Trail Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Longhorns in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won six in a row.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-13, 25-18.

Jade Kuntz paced Lone Star's offense, picking up 11 kills. Kuntz got some help from Grace Cochran and her 22 assists. Cochran was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
