Sturgeon Bay was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 70-69 heartbreaker at the hands of the Southern Door Eagles. One positive for the Clippers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Sturgeon Bay's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Southern Door, their victory ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-15.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Algoma the next time they take the court. Southern Door will head out to face Algoma at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Sturgeon Bay will host them at 7:00 p.m. on February 7th.
