It's playoff time, and Arcata had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top against the St. Bernard's Crusaders by a score of 5-2 on Tuesday. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Crusaders: they've now won four in a row.

Arcata pushed their record up to 16-11 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for St. Bernard's, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-9.
